@jansparkify hey, thank you so much! yeah, I regret not recording pullups back when I could do more. If you subscribe, I will be making better videos in the future. I can do the planche and other things that I still have not recorded. thanks again
@Cosminizatorul thanks, but i locked my arms as much as possible so nearly all are dead hang. i also went to my chest for most of them. thanks though for watching and i really appreciate the input.
@silentfrwy Hey. You shouldn't worry about the position of your feet because your feet should never be touching the ground. The position of your hands are what you want to concern yourself with. Is that what you meant to say? The farther away your hands are from each other, the harder the pullups are and the more effective they are. You will probably do less, but how you do your pullups is more important than how many you do. Good luck!
@clutchpromo Hey....sorry for getting back to you so late....I guess I meant that I've seen some people cross their ankles while doing pull ups. Does that make a difference or is just a matter of preference?
@silentfrwy Hey, no problem man. I understand your question now. A lot of people swing their legs to get above the bar, or use their legs in some way to their advantage. This is the wrong way to do pullups though, and crossing your ankles and having your knees bent helps to prevent this. Another reason for doing this is if your pullup bar is too low, and at a similar height to yourself; you need to make yourself shorter or you won't be able to fully extend your arms & do dead-hangs.
these are awesome, its even more impressive that you used to do 35 with this perfect form!
