To get all you can out of a speed run make sure the battery is straight off the charger or at least warmed up with the heater in your real car and your motor and esc is cold. That might help you to get that extra five mph's.

Just so everyone is clear on this, lipos DO HAVE A POWER CURVE over the course of their cycle. You best speeds and most power is going to be in the first minute or two off a fresh charged, recently peaked battery(s). Go fast, have fun, and for the love of God don't hit anything going that fast!

So wat is your gearing and lipo setup I run a 11.1v 4000 mah with 28/84 goes about 55+ I need to get a 31/76 65+ but the vxl moter gets way too hot for my rustler

moving the radar gives false readings, why don't you fix mount the radar to get an accurate speed reading?

@dory1260 dude why are you hating on all of these videos? just because his is faster than yours. and no it doesnt. there are two settings you can put on the radar that he has. one for baseball (keeping the radar still) and one for cops that do it to cars. (moving it with the object as it goes by) now consider yourself educated.

Radar errors are very common & pan/swing are among the most common. A GPS could also be used to support the radar...I'd bet there would be a difference between the readings

I have a Rustler myself and it does abot 70 with the stock vxl. All I have to say is that is a bad ass rustler bro all your trucks are. Love all your videos its nice to see someone actually show what they are useing to help others out keep em coming.
