  • I was taught to not do it like a pushup but to do it as fast as i could. What's the major difference between doing it that way and this way which is mor elike a pushup. Ours was more like a sprawl

  • Those were not good burpees. I saw a lot of bent feet and a lot a chests that didn't touch the floor. Also, there was no force up from the floor. These would never pass for burpees in a Crossfit Workout!

  • Dude, I had to do 300 crunches, 200 push-ups, and 200 burpees in wrestling camp. And we had to finish in 20 minutes. I didn't finish my burpees. I only did half. :( I really hate those things. XD

  • these are a full body workout and great for every level. try doing 30, 20, all the way down to 1 and see if you still think they are for weak fucks.

  • Folks who are truly commenting negatively really stand in the spotlight. I have no idea the background or training regimen of ANY of the folks in this video...nor can any of you. To slight them (as possible beginners) or Krav Maga (go to a class, they will kick your ass the FIRST night you are there, as may be the case with some of these folks) is immature and indicative of the "I must put others down to make myself feel better" mentality. Good luck to ALL with your training no matter what level

  • I am always amused that this video STILL gets comments. To all of you critics out there, quit wasting your time and go do some real burpees! These folks were at the end of an hour of conditioning exercises, give them a break. I believe some of them are still doing "real" burpees right?

  • anyone see that guy in the black tank top not doing the pushup? at the end he was probably like " weird i did thirty more than everybody, im pretty badass". as for the others, i think anyone in a krav maga training facility should be able to perform legitimate burpees. anyone who does crossfit is either confused or offendedby this video

  • Many ways to progress: Start w/ perfect form, & increase reps, speed, explosiveness; or: Start w/less than perfect form, & tighten it up over time. The worst form burpee in the world is still a great workout for the guy who needs to do it that way.

  • The cameraman should've focused on the 2 or 3 guys who were actually doing it CORRECTLY.

  • sucks balls the push-up portion all of you are fucking the floor and the jumps are gay. plus the push-ups aren't deep enough. i go down until my forhead can touh the floor.

  • well yeah, my nose, I was just kind of heated, I usually go really deep and turn my head to the side so my mouth won't touch so mtemple sort of brushed the floor.

  • Agree, a burpee is a squat thrust. Just add the jumping and push-up factor and you have a burpee. The people where not squattin all the way down nor were they doing a correct push-up. It looked more like sprawls
