I don't get what's with the Strauss-hate. A lot of these deleted scenes establish her humanity. Yeah, the BAU team sees her as an evil boss who gets in the way, but like a lot in CM there's more to it than that--her interview of Hotch and the team after the events of 100 proved that.
I think Strauss has the HAWTS for Morgan! Did you see her face when he finished telling her off! But I mean who wouldn't look at him!!
