Actually.. the feathery fans are a classic element of clubbing in the 90s in Japanese clubs. Girls would (and often, still do) dance ParaPara with the fans, or just be sexy with them. The fans, often referred to as sensu, are typically reserved for Hyper Techno/Rave ParaPara routines (called TechPara), which is why they appear in the Sense 2007 video. I have no idea why they're in this one... but I don't think it matters, because it's hysterical. XD
