They're called proxies. There are tons of free web-based ones with POST access online that act as a middleman between you and the site. That way if you're getting your IP flagged down, you just forward everything through the proxy and you're good to go.

I forgot to mention: What determines what an item sells for is "What the market will bear." There certainly is no rule about 25% or any other percentage. If Mr. 25percent doesn't like your prices then he should just buy his stuff somewhere else. I'm beginning to think that flagging down ads on craigslist is a bad policy and should be done away with. Let the market sort it out.

@ArtemiaSalina - everything is item driven, if it is something that everyone knows is expensive ( Apple laptop) or something you can get in Walmart, ( cheap watch) it makes all of the difference in the world.
