The difference come a minute in. The pitch is different in some parts, the instruments are different in other parts. Not alot of differences, but enough to make the two versions different. The only thing that's truly identical are the intro and climax. Every other part of both versions are different in one way or another.

Ok,I'm an FF fan but here is a list.

FF music can get boring.Touhou's won't.

FF gamplay can get boring.Touhou's won't.

FF storyline is long,way too serious,and can be confusing.Touhou's is funny and entertaining,though remembering all of the characters is a painnnnn xD

In all FF is a short replay game with small practice,touhou is a long replay game with TONS of practice

@cyony Nahh, Final Fantasy is a JRPG, and Touhou is a shoot 'em up, so there's no gameplay similarities... Plus FF games have a way more serious mood/plot. They do both have good music though.
