Yes, that's the idea. but i say it again. this is pretty old stuff.

I don't know if it's still working. On my PC (Win7 SP1 build 7601),

TouchSmart(Win7 SP1 build 7600) and my friends PC (Win Vista [don't know the build])

is still working. If it's not working for you guys, either you do something wrong, or

it's not what you need.

this does not make a separate admin. account in windows 7. nothing changes even in safe mode

nope. as i'm saying in the videon, this command CREATES A NEW user account

named administrator for the SAFE MODE ONLY.

after log in and log out of the safe mode, this accounts is erased.

get in safe mode, enter as administrator, change the passwords

or create a new user with your name or anything, restart your pc

and done.

@BlueberryFails You are really a fail. It is the core command application which is replaced by the shortcuts and icons, which is actually called a GUI interface. If XP, start->Run, then type cmd, will bring it up. Search for "cmd" in vista/7

the command line adds an ADMIN account to use only in safe mode.

The other accounts will be visible or even accessible

but you need to log into the ADMIN account.

when logged in, make the changes and then restart your PC.

You can even delete the password of the original administrator account.

you log into computers admin account in safe mode.

if you type that command (see video)

then in safe mode should be the original

Administrator account (could be with a name like ALEX-PC)

and an ADMIN account along with other account that the computer has.

reboot your Pc, and while is starting,

FROM THE MOMENT THAT THE PC DOES CHECKS (hardware)

PRESS RAPIDLY F8..

don't press and hold...press it rapidly...

many times until a menu comes up...

Select "Safe Mode"...
