Eat a dick. Silent Hill Homecoming was great. It wasn't the traditional game play but the story and creatures and level design fit well. It was a good spinoff. And you might have hated it to but here's a preemptive fuck you if you didn't like Silent Hill 4.

@TheXboxSux Sites like IGN and Gamespot are reviewing the game with the intention of boosting its sales. I personally go on Youtube when I want to hear what real gamers think because they have no interest in helping developers sell their games. People like Yahtzee and the good folks at Giantbomb are also reliable. I do this for fun. And judging from some of the comments, there are a few people who appreciate the bit of input I provide. I wonder then, what the aim of your channel is?
I don't know. Those companies can be downright harsh to a title if it blows and rarely give praise unless its due. While i'm sure some amount of bribery ensues during a major companies release, I have yet to see a game be "overpriased" and play like crap in actuality due to aforementioned bribery.
I agree tho that smaller groups offer more unbiased opinions however.

I have to agree with your point about the Silent Hill franchise. I'm also looking forward to the next iteration of the series, but I'm withholding my expectations, because while I'd love for it to fall back into line with #2 I'm really not sure how likely that is. As for the change in voice talent, I'd say that's something I might be concerned with in a handful of other games, but not this series. So long as the VA does a good job I won't be shitting a brick any time soon. Pardon the expression.

I have to agree with your point about the Silent Hill franchise. I'm also looking forward to the next iteration of the series, but I'm withholding my expectations, because while I'd love for it to fall back into line with #2 I'm really not sure how likely that is. As for the change in voice talent, I'd say that's something I might be concerned with in a handful of other games, but not this series. So long as the VA does a good job I won't be shitting a brick any time soon. Pardon the expression.
