  • Can you post on how to float with straight legs from sitting position?

  • @rtd031508 Crossed legs comes first. Do you have that?

  • @DetroitYoga I can cross legs with my knees bent and float through, I can float through in full lotus and jump back, but my problem is from sitting I can not keep my legs extended and then lift my hips and float through with out my feet touching the floor and from downward dog jumping forward if I keep my legs extended my feet hit in between my hands before I make it through to sitting. Its like my arms are not long enough. Can you do this? If you can, can you show me how to develop it?
