He and his GF were attempting to secure Tyson and contact Animal Control to report his wandering the neighborhood, but he got away from the GF and attacked Skowron's dog (female, Tyson has done this before apparently) and the only way he could get Tyson off his dog was to shoot it. Wrong way to handle it? Hell yes. But this wasn't a premeditated doggie kill case. Still sucks tho. :(

yes @ apeyisrichie.....some security cameras ARE smart enough/programmed to follow moving objects. Glad they were caught on video, throw the books at those low life POS'......poor dog.....thank God he's still alive.

is this the acutal video? cause either whoever was shooting this followed the woman from one side to the other of the driveway and did nothing as the dog was removed or someone videotaped the screen that was playing the video. which means were probably not getting the whole story.

This is the actual video, it was shot by a neighbors security camera, not a person.
That's why it follows her, the cameras are all around the persons house, so this is the whole story.
