Maybe it's just my midlife drift toward conservatism, but the people on display there seem like weak, immoral and pathetically unequipped for the job compared to their fictional counterparts in the TV show.
@darwinkilledgod I agree the current administration hasn't lived up to the hype in many areas (though that presidential honeymoon period seldom lasts long), but I think "immoral" is a bit harsh. There have certainly been no major political or personal scandals, particularly in comparison to previous administrations (and I'm not just talking about the ones you probably think I'm talking about).
@toddsmitts I'll agree Barack doesn't seem to have Clinton's sexual failings, or Bush's Orwellian relabeling of torture; but Barack ordered the assassination of an American citizen without trial. I'll admit it's not scandal, indeed no one seems to care, but that doesn't make it less immoral. The closing of the Wash. DC voucher program was also immoral and pitted the interests of impoverished children struggling for an education against bloated teachers unions. He chose unions.
This is fantastic! I'm just getting started on The West Wing - managed to find the series online - and I'm really excited for it, so of course this was wonderful to find! And three cheers for Hillary getting the "with" - she deserves it after all she's done!
Aww, nice, you updated your to put in Anita Dunn, very nice, very classy!! I think I'll probably wait until Janurary next year to update mine...but yours is very nice, I love how you got the blue and red stripes to run under their names!
