its just harmonics. You must put your finger on a certain part of the string (corresponding to a determined frequency) to make it sound (try it on the 5th 7th And 12th frets, its where it sounds best)

@flyyingninja its harmonics it works best on the 7th or 12th fret but at 3:50 its on the 5th fret i think? o.o you put your fingers right on top of the fret and dont press on it but just touch the strings and let go as you strum so the vibration goes out :) hope you enjoy its really cool

@inonub The last note at the end of that song is a 5th fret harmonic, lightly touch the strings above the 5th fret and pluck them as normal, dont depress the strings the pressure on the strings has to be extremely light for the harmonic to sound. Also works on 7th fret and 12th fret.
