Victor, being Hispanic, have you ever had a Honduran food called "Pupusa?" I'm Cuban, but I live in Miami and I'm surrounded by everything Hispanic here, and I once ate breakfast at a friends house and had that. Okonomiyaki looks like a Pupusa on steroids! Looks so tasty :D~~

wouldn't have guessed it was the famous okonomiyaki mura by it's look on the outside. very nicely located behind parco :) spent a lot of time there

Chop, chop, flip over, chop, flip over, chop chop!! I always find it kind of cool to watch Asian grills.

This food seems more complex than lets say the Vietnamese noodle soup, a very basic peasant-like food, (some noodles, a little chicken chopped, broth, noodles, sprouts, a hot pepper on the side and of course eaten with chop sticks.

This Okonomiyaki seems to have a little "personality" if I can call it this way. Not to mention you can put aside a draft beer.
