@arkansastrash320 It does that for me sometimes as well with the comments. What I do is just highlight everything you tried to say, copy it, refresh the page, and 9 times out of 10 it will work this time when you paste it back into the comment box.

@soltysi That's a bin used for commercial waste through council services, a seperate truck collects them.
