@Rain06 I'm sure you already know this 2 years after making that comment, but I'll answer anyway. 4/16 stands for the 16th of April. It's the Birthday of a former band member (I can't find his name anywhere) who died. After this, they changed their band name from Ink Cartridge Funeral to Silent Drive.
