  • the nasal spray Naloxone hasn't received enough evidence yet to say whether it is as effective as a Naloxone injection, which is why it isn't widely available yet

  • now they give narcan/ noloxone in nasal spray form to minimize harm produced with needles!

  • Please don't give narcan to addicts who are awke. it's cruel and pure hell.

  • never seen that myself... LOL "Goddamnit no his lips are all blue"

  • That's good because it means oxygen loss and risk of brain damage...

  • I know, i'm a paramedic haha. I just thought it was funny how he said it.

So are they giving narcan to addicts now? how did those ppl get it?

  • I've seen paramedics abuse narcan use by giving it to perfectly alert patients espacially opiate dependant ones to "teach them a lesson." At least one has died this way.

  • That sucks.

  • Yeah, I've head of that too

  • @Chuckjagermeister That is horrible. However, how were you in the position to watch this happen multiple times? Even moreso, why didn't you stop them?

  • Ho There i'm harry i once overdosed on Morphine it was extreemly scary but it does not mean that i will do it again. Chuck I think here is the chance to decide what is best in yout life i was with someone when i overdosed in March 2009 I was thinking that when i woke up i wanted to use more drugs. It didn't matter if it were Morphine or some other drug The thing here is that i still want to use those drugs even after my overdose. I felt Trapped It didn't matter what or when i was taking drugs

  • @Chuckjagermeister
