@XrayScorpion Unique items teh way they are coded will vanish when given to a Companion no matter the weapon, or weapon type. Your best bet is to load up a previous save and dont give them to him.

very funny and helpful video. however, you don't need to kill the king or get the whole world after you becuase you can go round the bcak. the directions are: throug the main reception office, throught the right hand side door, left then right then walk to the end of that corridoor and go left. then go straight down and take the second left and the second left again. then kill sergio with melee e.g pushy and get the weapon. no one will attack you.

Yo go to camp searchlight and go to the ncr storage basement at one of the churches and kill the guys that were In there and te leader will have a firehouse key and a pd key. Go to the firehouse and inside there is a weapon in the upstairs bathroom stall called knock knock. It's a unique fire axe

Actually you can get the Cram Opener without killing Little Buster. After you finish the fiend leader bounties for Daughtri, Little Buster will head to Freeside. Not sure how long it takes but if you check the back allies near the Old Mormon fort I believe you'll see little buster dead and you can get the weapon.

@ the Cram Opener: you can just kill one of the fiends in Three-Card Bounty (Cook-Cook I think), then Little Buster's body will appear in Freeside and you can loot the Cram Opener from him without the NCR getting butthurt.

Also, the Paladin Toaster's main advantage over Pushy is that it deals bonus damage to power armor (hence 'paladin toaster') and bots. After getting the Toaster I could take on the whole BoS bunker without much difficulty.
