@nainai199 lol if u cover ur nails with tape the design would go on the tape not ur nail :P

she puts it around her nail bc when she dips her nail in the nailpolish goes all over her finger. with the tape u can just peel it off.

@chriskaufpink opi is high end nail polish, expensive, and good quality. stuff like bratz nail polish is low end nail polish, very cheap, and bad quality

Can you help me because I did this last night, and evertyime id put a drop it it wouldnt float, or disperse evenly. And it always sinks. What can I do to change this?

I was for the most part using Sally Hanson X somehthin. and Then when i use it and im done i try to get the excess off the top and all that happens is that it keeps on reforming a film, please HELP! i wanna be able to do this ;[

you could also use a narrower cup, like a plastic takeaway cup to make the colors spreading so much and paling out.

The green China Glaze might be called "In the Limelight". Does it have a very fine, barely noticeable shimmer and does it dry semi matte? If so it might be that one.

Just curious cause I have various polishes from high end to low so I wondered if mixing them while marbeling would make a difference! Thanks a lot!!

Any polishes will work. I kind of just like to use low end polishes because a lot of polish gets wasted! I would not want to waste half a bottle of OPI or Zoya,lol! : )

these are beautiful!. i love water marbling=]. i have something to tell you that will effect your skin when you do this. when the nail polish gets onto your skin, chemicals go into your skin which is like a poison. when you do this, you should do it every three months. i learned this from my nail salon. just thought i would let you know for yours, and everyone else's safety.

can u please do a video on taping around your fingers. whenever i tape around my fingers the tape always falls off or never works.

maybe u have lotion or some other substance on your fingers. i usually tape the sides first, and the tape the middle so the tape can hold both sides. try it!

u have gorgeous nails! i wouldn't suggest to use those nailpolishes, though, as you can see they kinda blend ... when i marbled my nails the colours stayed like ... ahm ... like this black on white. anyways: great videos!

the same thing as ur first marbling attempt keeps happening to me!

it never spreads out to the whole bowl as i see some other people's do

then i cant drag the toothpick through the whole blob of colour because the outermost colour dried up too quickly so i have to drag it within it

ive tried dropping more nail polish each time, making the water warmer, doing everything quicker, none of it worked :[

guess ill just have to keep practicing!
