why would you want to choose who on your team can see the blackbird? your whole team seeing the blackbird is ideal and making the blackbird radar available to less people on your team will hinder the teams performance. even if half the team isnt "paying attention" to the BB

To answer your question on the blackbird. People do see it but you are playing domination, which is capture the flag and hold it for points. So people use it to their advantage. stay where you are and hit them when they come around the corners. If you want to go be a bad ass and use it to hunt down the other players. then by all means go for it, but the whole team does not need to do it.
