With desent sizes hands and exceptionaly strong arms would probaly result in only sore or really sore wrist after about 14 shots from both(the whole clip from each hand)no forehead damage...Skinny arms can even take a single handed shot or 3 without any damage and how would one get stuck in the freakin forehead really.But this is seriously inacurate and unpractical.But good if u wanna look stupid and badass at the same time..
