No 19 week old fetus can "Survive" outside the womb. 24 weeks is the limit set by medical science, and that grants only a 50/50 chance of survival with all the medical miricles available today. I am glad you are looking in to Traducianism. The modificaiton that the "spirit" comes through "creation" at "conception" is simply a technical way to comply with the already established teaching the human soul comes from God. "Creationism" originally meant "at birth" because the "breath of life" occurs then and that is the meaning of both words "soul" and "spirit", both in the Hebrew and the Greek. It's obvious Exo 21:23 is talking about the babies life. Back then it used to be an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. So it was also a life for a life, not a life for pain.

You can't say that life begins after birth because you would also have to say that Jesus was not alive until after He was born. Let me explain, back in old Jewish Tradition they believed that when a person dies the soul remains in the body for 4 days. However, Jesus showed that that was not true when He raised Lazurus on the 4th day he died.
