  • Better ´the Mace´ on the Wool Sack than down your shirt front in the morgue !

  • the mace on the woolsack ... but every copper has a spraycan of it on his hip ... that´s democracy for you ... .

  • @3NUNS : ¨... Her Majesty not thinking fit ...¨ What ar we to read into this?

  • Nothing, no Monarch has seen fit to turn up to Prorogation for hundreds of years, I believe, it's just a bit of tradition.

  • @LukeShoveller : Oh. Thanyou, Professor Shoveller for your non-´luke´warm answer. Or, may I call you Luke? Regards.

  • Call me Sebastian, I've always liked that name.

I apoligise for my lack of YouTube warmth! I can only encourage you to embrace the traditions of Parliament, it's brilliantly fascinating.

  • @LukeShoveller : Most of my comments o0n Youtube are actually aimed at the music of Johann Sebastian Bach ... organ, harpsichord, violin, and, orchestral and piano where plaayed. How come you find fascination with the BeeGees?

  • For me, they are melancholy emobied via music. As vocalists, instrumentalists and songwriters they have never failed to create something unique or vibrant since 1958.

I've always been enchanted by vibrato and the Bee Gees have that in abundance, but that's just what initially grasped me, their contribution to popular culture takes precedance.

Another attraction is the variety, they've done almost everything from classical symphonies to reggae; that's quite rare.
