it's an F: x33211. nearly a barre chord.

however, he, like the original, is in E flat, so you'll either have to detune or adjust accordingly (which won't sound anywhere near as amazing as the original.)

This isn't very good. You really need to work on your vocals. Especially your falsetto. Bon Iver's is flawless. If you're going to attempt a song by Bon Iver, make sure you know what you're doing. This clearly does not say so.
