This seems to be the nearest to the real Ben. Not the shy guy character acting an interview. He is a great actor and I imagine such a nice bloke to know.
I've met him a few times and he's just very sensitive and aware of everything around him, that's why he seems shy and nervous, but he never acts like that on purpose.
