  • i miss music like this; music that made sense. When you could go out and dance and have fun, not just shake your ass and try to look as slutty/cute. When boys were dance battling instead of fighting and shooting at a club..smh MUSIC LIKE THIS NEEDS TO COME BACK!!!

  • Gosh Those days were so much fun, I was 11 years old Miss those days.

  • gta san

  • Man! Seems like yesterday is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I must have purchased this cassette tape, then the CDs like 4 times, replacing them due to wear! I was just finishing up high school when this whole Guy album hit, and this brings back just so many memories!

  • @OneKid4Us I agree with you. If I remember correctly I was in the 11th grade when this came out. I have so many memories with this album,

  • whole time it aint never left..you just tried to make headgames.

  • classic party vibe. i wish i was in my 20's when this was the scene.

  • US Army McGraw Kaserne Munich Germany - late 80's early 90's - Cadalliac Club good times

  • Still the Jam!

  • Now that's how u move at a party damn it

U don't need to know a certain dance

    Just move to the groove

Everytime I see this vid I just wish upon a star that my generation (2000) could move like that without being judged

  • Hello EveryOne!

I’m just a girl who wants to become this dream come true.

I love music and I love what I do.

When I’m singing I forget about all my problems and I feel much better and I can be who really I am (There’s a me no one knows)

Music is so nice that I have no words to describe it.

All I want is keep singing all my life and I would like that you guys support me.

Please stop by my channel and check out my covers, that’s all I need.

I’ll Be so grateful If you support me.

    Thank Of all you!

  • wow!! memories!!

  • This was the joint! I will be 45 in March! Age is a state of mind, this is still a all time fav jam! My son who is 19 is digging my music! Music just aint what it used to be!

  • from the good ol days of Alpine tape decks...wore this cassette OUT in high school!!

  • New Jack Swing best era of music

  • I notice that a lot of the comments on here are from people who actually lived through this era of music, but I remember dancing to this as a little squirt back in '91, and I still love it.

  • I know, as a dancer, I would really let loose on the dance floor to this jam.

  • I was born about 20 too late lol

  • im bring this good music back. that dance feel that old skool video look, that perfect sound. but of course wit a 2012 twist

  • 12 people can't dress, can't dance, and can't hear (good music)!

  • This is still the jam!

  • Summer jam...smooth.

  • Even though its old its still sweet

    GROOVE ME LOL

  • l'instru me fait penser à Jamel Debbouze lol

  • Interracial Culture has nothing to do with it. People in suits are in charge of today's music and nothing but crap comes out of it. You talk about interracial culture? Talk about the fusion of hip hop & r&b where it's all the same thing. It's 2011, people are talking about R&B making a comeback, how sad is that for a genre like R&B to make a comeback, shouldn't of left.

This has nothing to do with race relations, if anything blame the black artists who continue to agree to put out poor music

  • @ParticleSon black is dead those white girls killed it

  • @JosephWax Black is Alive. White girls made it mainstream.

  • @ParticleSon Man the state of music is piss poor at best. I am in my 30's...read that, in my 30's complaining about the poor quality of music this day. Granted, hip hop will likely NEVER equal to the power and umph of RnB, BUT hip hop is a FAB and GREAT genre of music with much power in itself, yet those in charge of it within the last say 7-8 years have failed in creativity and excellence, UNLIKE the hip hop of the 80's and 90's God it was GLORIOUS!!! Much of hip hop today stinks!

  • @ParticleSon yes I agree, even with rap & hip hop dominating, RnB is so powerful & necessary that it shouldn't have ever left. To me RnB IS music, like Rock, it should never leave. It is a basic blue print of what good music is, meat to the bones. Withstanding Robin Thicke, Neyo, A Keyes, Ant Hamilton, Usher, (old) Beyonce, Mariah, Drake, many of the artists today r seriously crap. Rhianna..Can't sing, write a song, produce, play not 1 instrument! This chic can't even dance, dam!

  • @ParticleSon ex...muthafuckin ....actly

  • this is back where you can really have a good time and not worry about some ol gangsta bs, and when ppl actually dance not grinding all the damn time!

And for you younger generation, this is b4 all the expensive alcohol = u came to party not get drunk!

  • Thumbs up for GTA San Andreas' CSR 103.9 introducing this song to a younger generation!

  • Teddy Riley rock'n on the Keytar..... lol. What he would do fo rnb and new jack swing... Loved these days....

  • My jam!!!

  • Hahaha...Nice one JosephWax

  • takes you back to the full sweat outfit look at big ass glasses but its a great song

  • DAYUM...LOL....i remember this busting out in tha club and every dude doin the running man....lmao....good jam though

  • How many people saw this video when they were young and said "Man Those GLASSES ARE SOOO COOL!!! I WANT THAT HAIRCUT!"

  • Man this was my jam bck in the day and still is. They need to come back on the sceen. I hate the r&b now.

  • I was at World on Wheels trying to show for the girls skating backwards to this song..

  • GUY WAS THE SHITTTT,BACK IN THE DAY......GOOD SHIT I SAY.LOL

  • Man, I use to pump this jam something fierce, tyring to be seen by the girls, riding down the strip in my grand prix with t-tops and spoke rims, real 80's styles, lol

  • Damn, where in the hell did 23 years go?

  • @hufnmouth idk but I'm 24 and this is my jam lol

  • Music of today don't make you want to get up and dance. Back in the day people were always dancing. That's why people are getting fat.

  • @blackra4 that's a good point! Hence why zumba is getting popular

  • CSR Radio lol

  • Fuck, i remembering San Andreas.

  • @Igor64094

Yeah, i love that fucking game.

  • Dam, I had bust out my old high school "new jack swing"

  • To be honest i don't think i'd like it if new jack swing became mainstream, people who don't really appreciate the whole late 80's-90's groove would start jumping on the new wave claiming to love it but only because it would be popular..i wish i was born in the 70's so i could have lived through that era maynn

  • This song officially put New Jack Swing on the map

  • His microphone looks a a big MAG light. LOL

  • This song makes me think about new jack city "you think I give a fuck about that skeezer"

  • them girls in the video was serious

  • THAT WAS WHEN IT WAS COOL TO GO TO A PARTY AND DANCE YOUR ASS OFF....

  • @loganx31580 You're right brah. I just hit 45 & it seemed like it was 2 hours ago when we were getting suited & booted, fresh cuts, smelling good, and the same for the ladies getting ready to hit the clubs. I don't care how much things have changed and always will, there will never be another 70's through 90's era. You danced until the lights came on, got after the females & vice versa. We were to clean & smooth to go to a club LOOKING for a fucking fight unless you really had to. Man i miss it.

  • @str8outtatexas1 NCO club, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

  • @str8outtatexas1 Fort Bragg, NCO Club, the joint with this song. Also Fort Belvoir's NCO club. 1980's.

  • GROOVE ME !!! This video take me back... 1990-1993 at the pool kickin it with all the fly honeys , half steppin, and doing the roger rabbit, this song can never get played out..

  • this was when black was black back the we had falvor i am sorry interracial culture is killing our culture

  • @JosephWax music is for everyone, you think teddy riley gives a shit if your black or white?

  • @JosephWax Come on now, that's not the problem it is black people who's killing black culture! We decide the music we want to listen to, the movies we want to watch etc. Its not a coincidence that the 90's was so afrocentric because the people back then were afrocentric, you cant say the same thing today!

  • @JosephWax The issue is that so many White Acts Lady Gaga, Justin Beiber, and even Katy Perry are doing so many collaborations that it's hard to hear hard core Black Music. I loved this Video and this group.

  • @JosephWax That's one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard. Go read a history book.

  • @JosephWax

That is the most ignorant statement I have ever heard in my life!!!

  • this was when black was black back the we had falvor

  • Remember dis from the summer of '88, not no damn video game.

  • Now this is music. Today's music sucks. And I don't care if you thumbs up. I'm gonna keep on listening.

  • used to listen to this driving around on gta

  • @ybrews And I used to drive around with this picking up girls, taking them into a corn field with some wine coolers. You can fill in the blanks. That was 1990 and music was still good.

  • Let me tell all you youngsters something. This song has been out since 1988. Don't give me this GTA crap from 2 years ago. I remember 1989 playing this in my car, parked in a cornfield in Hollister, CA (yes, the one on your shirts nowadays), and having sex with a girl named Leticia while both buzzed on Cisco wine coolers. That's right, that's how us old-schoolers rolled. Sex in a mo-f*g cornfield with Guy playing...whole damn CD too. This music represents the 80s and us old schoolers were THERE!

  • Are you serious???? Grand Theft Auto???? This is old school for me 28. You are just a baby. I was 6 when this came out.
