Can you please, please, PLEASE tell me how you draw like that??? It's important. I am writing a Titanic movie script for Full Sail University and New York Film Academy. @shailukala If I wanted to copy a picture, I'd be a copy machine. My intention wasn't to make it look like her, but to convey the emotion of the scene. That's the point of drawing from a picture. We're not copy cats, we change what we want :)

@shailukala I was trying to say that most people like this because they love the movie too and this particular scene reminds them of that scene in the film. That's why it's Rose's drawing, it's not some random sketch... As the creator, I leave myself the 'right' not to make it look exactly like her, since the point is not to make her look realistic, but to resemble the moment in the film, I hope you understand what I mean
@Martificiam I think it looks very much like her. Not sure that the person above can see straight. Nonetheless - totally get your point. It's called ART for a person, it's supposed to be creative, behind simply staring at something and making an exact copy. That's what tracing is for! I like to look at things also when I draw -- but usually take a portion of whatever from what I am looking at and draw it into my own creation. If someone does not draw themselves, they won't get it.
