  • What the difference between SOS and SOO?

I'm in SOO and I realized that you get to have a profile on your SOS Cd.. SOO online does not have at all, it does not have a calender, it does show your weekly lessons to take but that is it, I wish they could update to be like Monarch I really love ther features, more modern and really helpful!

  • Best thing ever. My 7 kids are way ahead of the game thanks to SOS.

  • @stumisty Thanks for the feedback! Great to hear! ^Ryan

  • what is the biggest differences between SOS and the new product Monarch?

  • @Ejahi The main difference for me was with SOS I could pay once and use it for both of my kids. I could have taught them both at the same time or (like I'm going to do) teach my oldest one subject this year and my youngest can use the same CD in the future. Once we no longer need the software I can sell it on ebay.

With Monarch you pay per kid and you own nothing. I liked many features I saw for Monarch and if I only had one child I'd sure consider it.

I love SOS. Very parent/kid friendly.

  • @Ejahi reason2believe1 is correct. You can reuse SOS for up to five students. The other major differences are that with Monarch you can access the curriculum anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection and we back up all of your data for you so that you don't have to do any data backup on your own computer. Monarch is an 18 month subscription that is renewed at the end of the subscription period. ^Ryan
