@msmi9542 yes you can use OCG cards in your deck for tournament yugioh Oficial, but you need the traslate of the card, but only OCG printed in TGC (you can use dark hole in japanesse, but you cant use exceed or others cards never printed in tcg), sorry my inglish :)
