Yan is great, this is a really good episode. I am actually learning a lot, I love that carrot cut. Feel kinda sorry for the quail, poor little guys. They even left the feet on, but at least they took off the heads. LOL.

@Judokast36 You think they gonna sub-title Morimoto's Japenglish this season? So far I saw them subtitling some of the first few episodes this season as some of my other vids indicated.

Look at one of the morimoto demo's on YT, no morimoto dubbing and he speaks understandable english.... funny 'cuz of his accent but still...

@mchan2048 I am not sure if they will or not, but they should. They did subtitle a few as you mentioned, and i would much prefer to hear the "real" Morimoto and have subtitles then have that lame dub. Have you ever watched No Reservations or Cook's Tour, with Anthony Bordain? In one of the episodes he goes to Japan and actually meets Morimoto at the Chef's restaurant and that one is subtitled. I can still understand him, though his accent is much thicker. Much prefer that.
