Is it possible at 37 years of age, ( Im pretty healthy, a massage therapist and qigong practitioner & instructor since 1989, and male ), to develop a robust, refined & beautiful singing voice like some of her and other well known singers like Kylie Minogue, Sarah McLauchlin, Peter Murphy ( displaying my musical tates here i suppose this does )? When I have not sang or practiced voice lessons and been a bit selfconscious about myself singing, in fact.

Specifically, could i develop such a voice and singing ability withing one or two years possibly?

I havebeen a fan of Cecilia for years but never heard her speak before. She is just as I thought she would be. She speaks from her "Heart" with the love that flows from her. I think she will some time reach that perfecion she desires. I know she will keep on trying.
