He is saying that Muslims must renounce those aspects of their faith we find repulsive if they wish to be protected by our governments.

These aspects include honor killings, plural marriages, and assaulting, slaying, or threatening any critic of their religion. That sounds reasonable.

Did he forget to say that America is a Muslim country, just like it is a Christian Country, just like it is a Jewish and Buddhist and Hindu country. That Muslims and Islam are already born and living in America and that all groups of people are different everywhere. Christians in China face different things in their life then those in America and they act differently. Not only that no one is like a text, nor 100% acting on their religion. Socioanalaysis, Propaganda, geezzzz..........headache.
