I know the format for writing a script for a motion picture, which are usually 120 pages more or less, but I have no clue about a script for a television series. These commercial breaks, how many should I include for a 30-35 page script? Is there a standard number or does it depend? Usually, I think that is, I count three commercial breaks when watching an animated cartoon or television show in that time frame you are speaking of, is that about right?

I think the cliffhanger is mostly meant to keep the viewer to stick by and drudge through the advertisements. Same thing basically, but worth mentioning.
