@juventinorocks English is my first language, but I'm also a Spanish speaker :) there are differences in the languages but I still hear certain words used in Italian that I hear in Spanish

@vexion15 I'm Italian, and I can tell you if a Spanish person and an Italian one speak together we can follow most of the meaning, (in person at least, not so much watching TV in the other language). The rythm and of course the words are different but they are more similar then with French for example, although that's very close too.

@vexion15 I can understand a French speaker if they go slow, it's much easier for me to understand an Italian speaker but French and Portuguese are understandable too as a fluent Spanish speaker. The speed at which they speak is the important part, if they go as if they are talking to a native speaker I will be lost.
