  • Question do the majority of Muslims subscribe to this bullshit? And the ones who dont , do they protest this?

  • I hope every_last_religious zealot regardless of what false prophet they follow that uses GOD as an excuse for their vulgar and shitty behavior burns in a real and literal hell.

How many wonderful people are lost to our species forever because of caveman bullshit? Why is the whole world not outraged at this kind of thing? Maybe it IS time for the end, and maybe we deserve it.

  • RESPECT FOR THIS GIRL !! FINALLY SOME GIRL WHO IS NOT BRAINWASHED !!!

  • I hope she is still alive! No one ever (besides my teacher) impressed me as she!

  • she like to be diffent ...whats the matter with that... i support her

  • The video in general is telling a unique story of Najmiah and that's fine. however, the video maker used punch of lies and fakes to support an idea the belongs ONLY TO HER. giving a spotlight is sometimes great and also the maker's believes are respected but using this young full of energy girl for specific idea that's sort of child abuse. the video maker, please re-think and watch ALLAH.

  • @TheGoldStandardBoy if they beat there family then let them i will not becuz my sis dose right acording the the holy Quran and if i do beat her and u try to beat me i will knock u the fuck out

  • @YemenKing01

Cool. The rest of the world thinks you're a cowardly faggot, though. And they're right.

  • @YemenKing01 She does right by the holy koran ? ( I don't know hot it's spelled neither do I want to know) Do the koran say that women have to cover themselves up so men wont stare at them ? They shouldn't be forced to hide, maybe the men should wear glasses that limits their vision too the ground instead so THEY WONT STARE ? And you people are sick, hitting your own family, hitting WOMEN, your just a bunch of cowards, sorry but it's the truth.

  • I am twice this young girl's age yet she's now one my biggest role models just for choosing to not let society change who she wants to be.

  • The veil not only covers a woman, but also the world, in black.

  • If wearing a veil means to cover up ur beauty nd so men don't look I really see no point in Yemen veil or no veil they men r always looking nd they look at women who wear the veil more cuz they wanna know what's under that veil it's a mystery to them that's y the always stare

  • Omg this girl is hilarious.... nd she is so brave To actually go out like that in Yemen but wow I'm amazed I've never seen a girl like this ... This summer was my 3rd time goin to Yemen nd all I seen was women covered up and even little girls but I still ask my self to this day why why why do women cover I swear every where I looked I seen black ninjas lol I've tried the viel on this time I went to Yemen I couldn't breath ..

  • @jlover1527 lol im goin there in december lol wat should i expect???

  • She's definitely a role model.

  • This young lady is amazing I hope i can receive my degree so i can support the empowerment of young women.

  • Superb !!!

  • I'd like to see these men who say it's tradition wear a fcking veil and not be able to leave the house without a person with them. Bunch of cowards. This girl is braver than all of them put together.

  • What a boss.

  • amazing!!! where can i find part 2 and 3?

  • Here it is guys. I just had to know what happened to her and it turns out seven months after this was shot, Najmia was forced to leave school, wear a veil and stay at home...........life is such a bitch and this girl had so much to give, I'm sad now.

  • I envy her strength and wish I was as brave to ignore a crowd of haters and continue on my way but I imagine they are trying to get her to act violent so she stays calm and cool. God be with this girl and protect her from the slithering snakes shouting insults and following her. Have they nothing else better to do then stalk this girl?

  • I love her <3 More power to her. We need more brave and liberated girls like her in this world. Unfortunately most arab girls are brain washed :s Big big hug to this cute smart girl :)

(Just a note, as I am a girl myself, I do know that no matter who tries to convince you of this and how, NO woman in the world will ever say yes to 1. Prostitution 2. Veil or any form of religious covering. Trust me. they do it out of fear or other forced circumistances. We are not wired that way) Peace 2 d world

  • @Cleopatra28 Your second paragraph clearly shows your Western philosophy and opinion. Have you ever been to a country in the Middle East? Many of the women veal their body because that is what they believe in.

  • @Cleopatra28 <3 beautifully said :) Good luck with your life, my favorite egyptian ruler :)

  • @Cleopatra28 Just because you are a girl does not mean you know how every woman in the world thinks.

I have a feeling you are from the West.

  • this woman talking is a shaytaan!! aaoudhu bilaahi!!! not the young girl the reporter!! because islamically minimally the head scarf this girl thinks shes a man!!

  • this woman talking is a shaytaan!! aaoudhu bilaahi!!!

  • I fear for this girls life. She is brilliant. She is right. But, as we should know from our countries in the west that women striving to get small changes in their need for equal rights has been very difficult. An example is universal suffrage which was a small step in comparison to the change this young woman is looking for. Her society will not continue to put up with her efforts.

  • she like David hehe

  • Lmfao that girl is hilarious.Death to america and kill the jews that had me laughing for a a long minute.

  • Many people dont know that the veil/hijab is also required in Judaism and Christianity but those other religion forgot all about it.

  • @officalzak we not forget about it. it just a tradition.

  • I LikE that Girl hehe.. she is cute ada brave :)

  • @officalzak why don't you stick to your own religion and let women choose what they believe is right for them

  • @officalzak yes you are right, at least for Christians it was required, but we are now in the 21 century and there are many things that have changed, you cant expect everything in the world to change except religion...people change nations change and religions do too...except for islam...

  • i wonder where she is now, since she older now are they as accepting?

  • I light thet

  • she looks like ronaldinho lol

  • This girl is brilliant. She would be 19 now, I hope she is still as happy and confident

  • no wonder the women need to be covered up. All the men are high on khat.

  • personally i dont see how anyone has a rite to judge that girl. she is young and has parents. but in ANY society ,if u are the odd one out ,u most likely will be harrassed or bullied. fat kids get bullied. mentally handicapped do. hell, black ppl, mexican, chinese, arab, tall, short, girl, boy... doesnt matter. if u choose to go against the grain, u will be picked on .plain and simple. has nothing to do with the yemenis or musllims. fact of life. the narrator happened to stumble upon this girl.

  • @itsfreakinjanex3 so yemenis are the only ones to wear hijab or veil? dont u think u arent giving other muslims credit? what about other arab nations? african muslims? pakistanis? indonesians? spanish muslims? chinese? what? ur ignorance is frightening. frightened for this ummah. ive seen other bossy men..just bossy yemenis get u mad? so what makes them bossy? cuz the women are covered? it must be cuz the men are dressing them rite?

  • its unfortunate that some women think that wearing the veil or abaya or niqab is oppressive. im telling u, i loved it. i still love it. and taking it off does not mean empowerment. if u feel strong on the inside, it doesnt matter what u wear. some ppl look for material things to make them feel better and that incl flashy clothes, makeup or hair. if ppl fix their hearts it will b better. the hijab is islam. it is in every religion! pre islamic religions have lost that part and ours didnt

  • idk what the narrator is talking about. it does say to wear the hijab in the holy quran. for her to imply that it doesnt is haram for her and she carries the burden of misguiding or creating doubt. and the hadith is the second teaching we follow and is to be obeyed. the mixing of boys and girls after puberty is wisely forbidden. that being said,no one should judge anyone based on their dress, incl judging women that cover up moderately or completely as extremists.

  • @umthalatha who make no sense says

"personally i dont see how anyone has a rite to judge that girl."

    But you think that:

" to wear the hijab ...is to be obeyed" because "it does say to wear the hijab in the holy quran"

And with "that being said,no one should judge anyone based on their dress"

There are many things people "shouldnt" do but the do it anyway all the time and your book doesnt bring any help in making people openminded.

  • She is muslim .?

just because she doesnt wear a hijab , or a veil or if she mixes with boys doesnt mean shes not muslim .

shes just playing with them , & its only in yemen , iran & saudia arabia that wear the veil . in islam you dont have to . all you need to do is cover your self in a islamic wear . and not wearing a veil isnt haram . shes the most outragest , beautiful, brave girl . if she was in america , or if i was in yemen shed definatly be my best friendand i hatehow yemen men think

  • This goes out to that young man saying "If she was my sister I'd beat her". Yes and if I saw you beating her even though I deplore violence I'd take you aside and beat you. Only a coward hits a girl/woman.

  • The narrator and the girl can both suck my dick. Please I'm waiting.

(wow, if only more muslim women were as brave!? well any muslim women who wants to please her "CREATOR" knows exactly what do.U on the other hand do what a woman wants to do.so don't try to put an ISLAMIC FRAM around what U doing.. do what u want and leave muslim women alone.

  • @megaramsey2010 shes not muslim if she does this

  • @sexdrugsRnR actually she is . just because she dosent wear a veil or hijab ?

first of all in islam its not required to wear a veil . its just the yemenie ways and i absoluetly hate how yemen men think they can boss around and do shit . your not god! only god can judge her . ha that piece of shit thinks he can beat her up if she was his sister ? bitch , id beat your ass , and spit on your violence ass.

  • @megaramsey2010 shes not muslim if she does this

  • @sexdrugsRnR

You have no right to call her that.

She's a young girl, let her be!! I really like her.

  • and as for this little girl in the video she is gust plain disrespectful to her religion thats if she's a muslim and to society

  • to all those that think that us muslim/ yemenie women are imprisoned and dont have any freedom YOU ARE WRONG. as a yemenie muslim girl i have as much freedom as and women in this world(USA) nd maybe even more. muslim men dont treat us bad but tbetter than you christians nd jews treat your women. We muslim ladies have so much freedom except we use it in a good way unlike some people who have too much or unlimited freedom that they are not able to use it right and end up in prison, dead , raped,

  • Joan of Arc eat your heart out.

  • I think she is jews

  • prolly H mtdna, just throw her to Africa and let Negrids deal with her. Arabid men cannot tame a female like that.

  • What happen to part 2 and 3

  • Government of Yemen bad and beautiful land and the people

  • like seriously you guys are really stalking us.... i mean the hell yo u care if our women wear scarfs or cover themselves or not? i mean you fuck each other like pigs everywhere and aint no one tells you anything. So let us do what the fuck we want.

Just fucking leave us the fuck alone for God sake.

  • @Ryed1989 Western women are free to do whatever they want.We have scarfed women as well as women who, as you put it, "fuck like pigs everywhere". It's called freedom, and it's a universal value. So no, we'll never let you do what the fuck you want without saying anything, because your women are not free. You want an example? The girl in the video became famous with this doc. She was beaten and is now hidden in a secret location, protected by the wife of a yemeni politician. Fuck this shit.

  • @Harkiriay First of all, this girl has some mental issues because a girl in her age will definitely wear a scarf.

Also, she isn't protected by anyone. Her family would find her even if she hid under a rock. However, they probably know she has some mental problems so that's why nobody saying anything to her.

We, in the middle east, follow Islam, so most of the governments follow Sharee'a Law. It's because we have freedom too, we can do whatever we want. ...To be continued

  • @Harkiriay So, no one cares if you think we're following the wrong path. Our freedom resulted in this. Like you guys, your freedom is to fuck whoever you want and whenever like pigs everywhere.

Plus, if this girl was fully aware of what she's doing, she wouldn't even thinking of doing it.

Our freedom is to teach girls how to be pure and clean instead of having intercourse with everyone.

So, we teach them how to be when they're still young cuz that's our freedom.

  • @Ryed1989 The fact is, you are not free. You're just forced to follow something YOU happen to believe in, and even if someone else in your country doesn't it doesn't matter, because YOU are imposing it on him/her. Clinging like this to tradition is nothing short if fascist. Grow up.

  • @Harkiriay Oh no Mister...... I'm not forced to follow anything. It's true that school teach us to follow this religon but as i grew up i even loved this religon more and more.

We teach women how to be pure and clean by telling them about veils and scarfs.... and when they wear it they even feel more comfortable....

And you're telling me to grow up? Which means that the population of muslim people aren't grown But you mister IS?

Just Look at how many people convert to Islam per day.

  • @Harkiriay A lot of north American ladies convert to Islam and they taught themselves to wear scarfs. So, the thing is we believe that scarf has many benefits so we teach girls. And most girls would just wear them without her parents telling her to do because she would feel comfortable.

Funny thing is, your media attacking us in every kind of way YET this religon is still growing....

  • @Ryed1989 By all means, I don't really care if people convert to Islam, as long as they don't tell me how to run my life. Which is exactly what happens in every islamic country, from Syria to Morocco, from Irak to Yemen. If a woman CHOOSES to wear a scarf, no problem. She can even wear a Niqab, I think she's ruining herself but I think that about all the punks I see on the street, and I'm not gonna tell them how to run their lives.

  • @Harkiriay O well, most muslim ladies chose to wear hijabs because they feel secure by doing. They doing this because they want to obey God and because God told them to do so in verses in the Quran and also our prophet Mohammed Pbuh told them to do so. Secondly, women in our society aren't forced to wear Hijab. Instead, they guided and taught because they raised in a muslim family. Same goes for non-muslim girls, they were raised in a society that hate Hijabs like you Mister. So , ...

  • @Harkiriay So, that's why you guys are too concerned about what we wear and about what we teach our women.

  • @Ryed1989 We are concerned about "you people" because islamic countries live in the middle ages. Literally. You are too busy defending your dar al-islam and you see every critic as a way of saying that Islam is wrong. It's not. I find that Islam is a very interesting religion but, just as people realized with christianism in the west, it has to be put into context and not be taken too literally.

  • @Harkiriay We're in the middle ages because we want to obey God and follow the Islam religion? Go read about our prophet and how he treated chritiens and how jews treated him so badly.....Most people say that ''Muslims are terrorists'' because they understand the verses of the Quran wrong. The Quran never said go and kill every non-muslim . However, it said, if they started fighting you, fight back and kill them. ITS A PEACEFUL RELIGION but so many people don't understand it like these stupid

  • @Ryed1989 You are in the middle ages (what country are you from btw?) because everyone in your society is forced to do what you believe is right. I know it's frustrating when people misunderstand Islam and I am sympathetic. But you keep talking about the society as a whole, I am talking about free will of individuals. An individual should be free to do whatever he/she wants, and this is not possible in an islamic country. Am I right about this or not?

  • @Harkiriay If he/she doesn't want to be a muslim , they just can immigrate to north american or to an eroupean country. However, we teach them well , so when they grow up they wouldn't abandon the Islam at any situation. I believe you guys teach little kids that Arabs are the bad guys. IF you want proofs, go look at some animation movies. I believe they put so much hate into kids hearts from their childhood.

I'm from Saudi Arabia but seriously i don't know why you think that

  • @Ryed1989 "If he/she doesn't want to be a muslim , they just can immigrate to north american or to an eroupean country. " Do you even hear yourself talking? You are openly saying that I'm right. If one does not agree with what the regime and you believe, they cannot stay in your country. We have Muslims here as well, I visited a mosque just a month ago. But they chose their religion and it wasn't forced on them, just as it happens in a free society.

  • @Harkiriay O well, if they were born christiens in Saudi Arabia, then it's all good no one would say anything to them. Howver, if someone revert Islam, an honor killing should be done. However this honor killing can't be judged right away. There are A LOTTTTT of steps and things that they should find on the person who reverted to do an honor killing. It's not just like that no, but Saudi Arabia follows Sharee'a Law so that's why they should do these rules.

  • @Ryed1989 You know actually if one looks back, the first muslim societies had a much greater concept of tolerance towards other religions than the west did. Christians and Jews were allowed official positions in Umayads regimes, just as an example. The Crusaders on the other hand slaughtered every Muslim they found in Jerusalem. But now, today, it is in a western society that you are allowed to freely practice the religion you want. If you're a woman, try not wearing a scarf in Saudi Arabia.

  • @Harkiriay terrosits. And i really hate because they're making our religion look so bad when it's really not. Plus, the american media focusing too much on Islam and Muslims. I think you should watch a documentary movie called '' The Arrivals'' You would think differently then.

  • @Ryed1989 The sad thing is, it was actually colonialism and the west which gave so much power to these islamist fundamentalists and which radicalized them so much. I don't think writers like Sayyid Qutb would have gotten so radical or would have had so much success if he hadn't been tortured among many others...

  • @Harkiriay You say that a woman can't wear a hijab in Saudi Arabia. But i tell you what, if the woman isn't muslim, she can walk without hijab and no one would come in her way. Even if the girl was arab, no one would talk to her because she would just say '''i'm not muslim'' they would say ''sorry'' and they would leave her alone. You have to know that muslim women LOVE hijab with passion and they would never take it off even if their husband told them to do so.

  • @Ryed1989 And what if that woman was a muslim who just doesn't want to wear the hijiab because her own reasons? I'm not disputing that SOME muslim women love the scarf. That's why they choose to wear it even here, as a symbol of their faith. But it's delusional for you to believe that EVERY muslim woman loves it. Some day I hope you'll realize it.

  • @Harkiriay A lot of indnosian muslims come to us there and they don't wear hijab so are some egyptian or syrian women.

I said most not every and i believe there is a different between every and most. In Saudi Arabia, a girl would rather kill herself but not take off Hijab. Those girls are like other girls. They buy stuff , they do makeup , they sometimes talk to guys , they work, they're happy and active. So, i hope you really get what im trying to say.

  • @Ryed1989 No, I don't get what you're trying to say. You just talked about an honor killing! How can you talk about that so pragmatically? Oh yeah I'm sure that having to follow "a lot of steps" is way better, huh? Wtf, seriously. You're talking about killing someone. I'm familiar with the situation of Muslim girls in Saudi Arabia, I know that some love their hijiab. But those who don't will never get the chance to take it off, unless they want to flee or be killed. Am I right about this or not?

  • @Harkiriay I'm really not a ''Sheek'' or a specialit in my religion and i don't have to be. However, I believe this honor killing would be done if she became against muslim. In Our prophet's time, people who revert Islam became against it and be Hypocrites. Those who should be killed. So that's I think one of the rules, and there are a lot of other rules that i don't know.

I meant our girls aren't aliens or some weird humans no no no..... they just like other girls. I hope you get it this time.

  • @Ryed1989 I am perfectly aware that your girls are just like every other, I'm sure they like to have fun and have their own dreams. But they are confined in strict rules by your society. And I can't talk to you if you believe in honor killings. Honor killings are just as bad as terrorism when it comes to get Islam a bad name. They are inhumane in every way, and represent exactly what I mean when I say that religion has to be put into context.

  • @Harkiriay O really? What about killing civilians in Afghanistan and Iraq? what about killing kids and vagabond families? what about killing old ladies and old men? Come on let's be clear here. You're worried about this honor killing but not worrying about those people who get killed everyday in Muslim countries. Now you call these people who do such horrible things human or inhuman?

One of the rules as i said, if the person become anti-muslim and fight muslims and there are a lot of other....

  • @Ryed1989 Actually, I am worried for killings in Muslim countries. But unlike you I hate all killings, not just the ones that don't go along with my religion.

  • @Harkiriay And I love killings? I've no idea how did you reach that conclusion. No one likes killings what you said was totally absurd. I always wish that there weren't any kind of weapons in the world and no killings and everyone loves the other.

Again, i'm ganna have to say consider what you say before you say it. I HATE killings with passion.....

    that's all, peace

  • @Ryed1989 You hate killings. Except if a "specialist" in your religion says one has to be killed through an honor killing. I get it. Peace.

  • @Harkiriay there are a lot of other rules that i don't know. I think you have to consider these things first and then talk.

  • @Harkiriay IF a Saudi muslim girl doesn't want to wear Hijab, she wouldn't feel comfortable not wearing Hijab in a society like Saudi Arabia, so that's why she would just abandon the country. A lot of girls in Egypt, for example, don't wear Hijab and there are some saudi girls don't wear Hijab too. but this is VERY VERY VERY rare.

  • @Ryed1989 But going back to the Hijiab: it's not true that western societies hate it. I have a few muslim friends, and I've actually heard a couple of compliments about how nice their scarfs looked. Of course we have closed-minded dickheads as well. But I know these friends of mine wear it because they choose to. In a Muslim country, if you don't wear a scarf you are subject to discrimination from the authorities, from the whole society around you and from your family. This is not "guidance".

  • @Ryed1989 The point is, your society and your laws FORCE people to follow what you want. An individual should be free to do what he/she wants, not be forced to follow the majority. A woman should not be forced to wear a scarf as shown in this video, just like she shouldn't be forced NOT to wear a scarf. It's called freedom of choice. You obviously have your own judgment which differs from mine. But I'm not forcing you to accept mine, and you shouldn't force anytone to follow yours as well.

  • @Ryed1989 Yeah, they convert for a few weeks, realise how stupid it is, and then abandon it.

Why don't men have to wear a cover?

  • @Sinnessa O really? then how come they're more muslims in the world ? how come that this religon is the biggest and widest religon in the world? You're absurd. If they abandoned it as you said, there wouldn't such a big number of muslims in the world.... Say something make more sense next time.

  • @Ryed1989 Dont be silly. Islam isnt the biggest religion in the world. There are 2.2 billion Christians in the world, and 1.6 billion Muslims.

And even if Islam were the 'biggest religion', so what? Islam isnt a united religion. Sunni and Shi's hate each other. Sufism is more or less an entirely different religion. What does it matter how many Muslims there are when they disagree on basic matters of faith?

Seriously, its like one big cock waving contest with you guys.

  • @Sinnessa Christians are more than Muslims? Lol, are you kidding me? Or you're just lying to your stupid self? There is a little difference between Sunna and Shee'a. We both are Muslims because we're both worship one God and believe in his last messenger who is Mohammed Pbuh. Now you're telling me that Shee'a aren't considered Muslims? Or Sunna aren't considered Muslim, Once someone worships one God and believe in his last Messenger is considered Muslim

  • @Sinnessa You're really need to read a lot because your stupidity is just making you look ignorant. They both go to Mekkah, they pray 5 times a day, they both fast in Ramadan, and now you're telling they're not considered Muslim? It doesn't matter if they're united or not. They're both against you guys who fight Islam. I guarantee that they will unite once someone tries to insult Islam . They will unite once a country tries to touch Mekkah.

  • @Sinnessa I really can't explain how stupid you are anymore. Do not talk to me and go talk to someone in your low level because i'm sick of ignorant people like you.

I believe I answered your question on why men don't cover their faces.

  • @Ryed Can you fucking read or what?

Which is the higher number: 2.2 billion or 1.6 billion? These are current figures, available to anyone with the ability to google and a working brain. Where are the figures youre basing your statements on? And where did I say Shia are not Muslim?

You didnt answer my question. You took a stab at it then gave up.

Dont bother to answer. You need a full history lesson and youre too ignorant to even continue a discussion with. You make it up as you go along.

  • @Sinnessa Answering that question, i'm ganna start with each religon. Go review the bible and you will find that this phenomenon is in every religon either Christianity , Jewish, or Islam and that God told us that we have to do it and it has so many benefits if you think about it. As we know, men are physically stronger than women so God said that they should cover themselves to protect themselves and to cover themselves from men that only think of sex

  • @Ryed1989 Why don't men have to wear a cover?

  • @Sinnessa There is another benefit which is keeping them away from a dangerous disease which is Aids. Aids is a horrible disease but thank God people in the middle east don't have it but why? Of course because they know what's the punishment of sleeping with a girl so guys tend to get married. Another thing you guys have a lot of rapists you know why? because most girls are showing most of their body. However, In Saudi Arabia, you really don't hear a lot about this crime.

  • @Sinnessa So, let me say that before talking about somebody's else religion or way of life, look at yours first and have a deep thinking of it.

  • this is anti-islamic anti-woman(muslims) and I reject anything western and inshallah we will never remove our veils no matter how hard the haters try to assasinate our identity

  • Where can I watch/buy the whole movie?

  • This girl is an inspiration

  • I think she is a bit retarded:P because she is like what? 13/14 but she speaks like an 4 year old who is saying what her mother says...

  • you can tell all her freinds were just lousy kids who want to fit in the crowd and erase their own personality.

  • tons of respect for nejmia. She deserves more respect than all those women hiding behind the veils as if they comitted a crime.

glad at least 1 girl can see past the stone age superstitious clothing restrictions

  • where the fuck are parts 2 and 3.?

  • when are they doing a new docu on Nejmia? She must be 18 now

  • A Stranger in Her Own City Pt. 1 of 3

  • this girl is brave as hell and she gets my respect

  • we are brave you guys just don't know anything about the islamic community

  • wow i respect this girl more than any arab man i have ever met and i met a lot!! my goodness she is very strong and very intelligent...hope she's doing well

  • @MrZetruth

why would you respect any arab men, since they don't have any respect for women anyway?

  • this lil bitch gets my respect!

  • you please where is part 2 and 3 cant find it on the tupid google yeah its there but also part 1 somebody can tellme thnx

  • Good for her! Fuck that backwards medieval bullshit.

  • الله يحفظش يا نجمة

  • I wish she gets rid of that place cause it seems like when she grows older she will take more negative judgements but she really has a very very strong personality, you conquered my heart najmia

  • She is free thinking! She is brave! She is educated! She wants to help her city and her culture by becomming a doctor, teacher, translator. Yet she is criticized by nearly every single person in her neighborhood!! This girl is Awesome but I felt so bad for her. Her neighborhood tries to make her feel like she's a freak! The Muslim man at the beginning saw the camera he kept saying "they will make you look bad, they will make you look bad" I really hope there has been a follow up with her.

  • black fantoms wow

  • وَالْلَّه وَأشْتَهْرَتِي يَا نَجْمِيَّة .. بَس مَشَحَوطَة أَمَانَة ، وَبِمِائَة رِجَال

  • the way western society pimps women and is influencing the defeminization of womanhood, the Islam world may simply be trying to preserve the sanctity of the female. I don't blame them, if so. And, if so, it's only a temporary phase until the madness ends.

  • @TheWeighIn "the Islam world may simply be trying to preserve the sanctity of the female. I dont blame them" How about this crazy idea YOU LET THE WOMEN CHOOSE!!! You clearly dont understand the feminest movement in the west and you do not understand the their freedoms. If women want to wear a hijab in the west the clearly can and everyday people do. You shouldnt give a perfectly sweet girl a hard time just because she doesnt want to wear it.

  • lmao haha shes kool , its true who gives a fuk wat other people think its her business it aint up to dem! and shes a kid dats how lame they are in yemen they judge, too much in to tradition that wen they see a gurl walkin out wid no veil its like a big deal lol no wonder y they al wear it

  • I have a fucking huge crush on that girl.

  • Fun to see one of the only intelligent people in those places. I dont think she'll last long though...check up on her soon!

  • where the hell is part 2 and 3 ?!

  • damn thats a cool little girl.......and she plays hockey?!?!?!?! Girls here dont know what to do with a stick.

  • this is...

I love that girl, shes amazing.

  • thanx for this post..

but where can i get part 2 and 3

the rest of the video :)

  • WOW, if only more Muslim women were as brave!

  • @sailor148 a lot of Muslim women are brave, what you see here is cultural interpretation and if you'll highlight every part in Yemen not all women are dressed like that. I do wish non muslims would educate themselves more about other cultures and religions instead of commenting out of ignorance.

    A muslim Yemeni woman here.Incase you're wondering.

  • @AgainstOneEye

Free yourself from the shackles of Islam you might like it!

Life is not a dress rehearsal for an afterlife, this is it, there is no second chance.

  • @sailor148 freedom of mind my friend, we're not going to leave our religion just because a bunch of ignorant mates think we're oppressed, it's what we want to be and not what you want us to be, get a life of your own and educate yourself. You're probably one of those people who don't know where the Middle East is on the map.Figures.

  • @sailor148

this is not bravery this is the attitute of the prodtitutes of the west..a muslim woman has honour and does not belittle herself to this degree I don't envy her I feel ashamed bcz of such behaviour God forbid I prefer death over such shameless behaviour

  • @hiddenpearls1

    Lighten up @hiddenpearls!

You only get one life enjoy it, Islam was invented by Mohamed for Mohamed, try to do a bit of rational thinking you might surprise yourself!

  • @sailor148 In morocco everywomen is brave . hope so for the other islamic countries .

  • she has some mad confidence. she doesn't care about tradition and it's her life to live the way she does. i give her alot of props for what she does and i wish i had the confidence she did when presenting herself. she doesn't care about what others think and will do anything to defend her beliefs.

  • That little girl is amazing. You go girl.

  • This girl is amazing. This video gives me chills.

  • Nejmia, a true girl-hero! You Go Nejmia!!!!

  • I dont know if this story is one of bravery or childishness. I fear for Najmia´s life. We have seen many whose lives have been robbed in similar cases. She is a very happy and honest young girl, i really wouldnt want anything to happen to her. She alone can not change Yemeni culture. I hope they dont do anything bad to her. I pray they dont.
