It's a cluster - especially when it rains. It was worse when it was 2 lanes in each direction without the HOV lane and had a notorious set of 45mph "S-curves" at Renton ( 1:45 ).
Paccar and the 737 Boeing plant are off to the west there also.
that was a impressive skyline .. but those 2 lane sections with the hov .. thats gotta go , that is really uncalled for , im sure that is the biggest contribute to the traffic problems in those sections

Reminds me parts of the San Francisco Bay Area...
Also those highway lights especially in the center make the freeways look like it is a surface street instead..

Excellent video. Two things jumped out at me.
1) The lack of lanes on I-405, although they seem to be addressing some of that.
2) The Bellevue skyline, woah! was not expecting that, very nice.
