@ninjakiwi14 gde= where otkuda= from where ...hope that clarifies..I myself am studying RU, a good thing to do is invest in a RU/EN dictionary so you can create a list of directionals

@NinjaKiwi14 because Gde (где) is used as "Where are you going" and only used for directional speakeing, where as atkuda (откуда) is used like Where are you from. i hope that cleares up some things

@englandsoccer1616 there are many ways, but Sdrasvitya is the way people who dont know eachother greet one another. but there are loads of informal greetings

The word: Где (Gde)

It says it's pronounced "gudyay", but the speaker sounds like he's saying "gudyeeah"

Consonant clusters need to be tackled early, the word for meeting is "VSTRYECHA"
