I was in this hospital around 1986 and I can just remember some odd lifts, they were like continuous cages that moved upwards without doors. They didn't stop and you had to get in them as they passed by. What happened to those?

When you find out, where the nice Evans lift is parked, maybe you could just get in by opening the door.

lifts at 0:42 is where man ran in to lift door cos I wasnt paying attention to him wanting the lift when I was doing my tour.

I think that one of the buttons broke and the lift engineer replaced it with a diffrent button
