    I am sure that once the recovery week is over, you will see your pull ups increase...

    Phase 3 is going to be a huge gainer month. At least looking at the schedule, I don't see how anyone can't. It's a full month of weightlifting. Can't wait to complete it!

  • Good luck! I just did core synergistics again and it went a lot better than the first time. So thats an improvement. Bring it!

  • Good for you for not sweating the doubles. I think too many people try to do too much and then end up burning themselves out. I'm looking forward to seeing what phase three will bring.

  • Yeah, I decided it was just more stress than it needed to be. Round 2 I am hoping to do doubles. I am also hoping to do the "Intermediate" moves and maybe some advanced by then end of it. But for now I am pretty happy with singles
