@Phoboz The utility does not actually control the PC hardware, it only provides emulated feedback that it has received messages from the remote control. The purpose of the program is to demonstrate the RF4CE communication using control codes defined in HDMI v1.3a specification. It is possible, however, to develop the code further to actually control the hardware, but this is not currently planned.
