"Hey Joe" from Jimi Hendrix orginally, Otis playing it with his own style, definetly one of the best cover of it.

Jimi Hendrix didn't write "Hey Joe". It was originally written by Billy Roberts.

Although it's not very clear who made it first obviously, but it's definetly not Jimi the first.
