We got him back into the store, and the suspect knocked down three guards and we were told that he had to go get him. MOA security is a crock of shit. Face it.

You gotta realize guy there was about 20 of those bitches, you only saw the 6 or so i dealt with. Soon as we showed they all split. I think 11 got arrested overall.

MOA security takes about three hours to get to a shoplifting call, and they're also not allowed to touch anyone. They're the worst security I've ever seen. My family used to own a store at the MOA. This is a pussy fight compared to some of the shit I've seen in the food court northside.
MOA Security is "nationally" recognized as one of the best departments in the country. The training that officers receive is also nationally recognized. "3 hours to a shopliftng call?" Are you on drugs? The average response time for any call at MOA is 5 minutes depending on how busy it is.
MOA Officers may use physical force anytime in the common area of the mall. In stores or tenants, they are limited unless someone becomes disorderly, then they are fair game.
