Thanks for posting! No matter how many times I see this clip, I bust up laughing. Did you know that actors actually have a term for improvising in this Germanic gibberish? They call it "speaking Dutch". Chaplin is the man for all time for making this movie in 1941 and overtly ridiculing Hitler. "Hannah, can you hear me?"
