I became a Trekkie Fan just about a year ago by first watching Star Trek on TV Land, then ended up buying the Orginal, cartoon series, and all of the Movies. My kids love to tease me about being an old Trekkie. I remember when the show 1st came out but could not remember why we didn't watch it until my brother reminded me we only had 2 TV channels then and not the one that Star Trek was on.
