@bigtom1001 YES it is! Trade it for an iPhone 3G! The retina display is amazing, the camera is good too(it takes both, videos and photos), the performance is MUCH, MUCH better than the old 2G iPod Touch/3G iPhone. It has multitasking and other many functions your iPhone 3G may not have with iOS4(since some hardware components are too bad for multitasking for example). I actually prefer using an iPod Touch and a normal phone. My bro has a iPhone 4 and it's pretty cool, so get the iPod Touch 4! :)
