I'm going to show what the final looks like, but it's not Windows. I programmed an overlay OS called Lightning! in visual basic. Unfortunately, this one was lost among all the other PowerPoint OS' I made, most of which never got finished.
@OddMan360 OS's don't need Windows. They have their own bootloader and kernel. Windows doesn't count that it runs off of Windows NT, because it's still Windows on Windows. And it still has it's own kernel etc. every time, just the bare skeleton is Windows NT if you think of it that way. This isn't an OS.
Actually it's not. It is a PowerPoint Beta OS Version that I'm working on. This was made because the other build had some bugs and this one was a remake.
