OMG!!!! DAM U afterglow by phaeleh!!!!!!!! That song puts u in the best pole move!!! Dam u i thought noone thats in pole knew that song!!!!!! We have similar minds lol
@JHMDF Its really tiring to do the moves, and I would also have to wear something form fitting or i get tangled up in it. But I do perform for the Witches Ball in galveston for halloween/samhain and i do a contortion/pole combo that is sort of halloween themed. I was going to work for a haunted house last year, but the pay wasnt good enough for the contorture lol... thanks for commenting!
Thanks for sharing, Stephanie! Your dedication to your backbending training is so visibly apparent in videos like this one. I hope your studio knows what a rare and important boon they have, getting to learn flexibility from one of the bendiest people around.
@stellarmotion thank you David! I appreciate you watching the video and being supportive with such kind compliments, and as always enjoy your friendship the most! :)
That was so calming and relaxing....you make contortion seem like the easiest and most natural thing in the world, though I suppose it belies the hard work and patience that go into perfecting your movements and poses. It certainly adds an extra dimension to your pole work--even the simplest of reverse hook spins gains special emphasis as that extended leg comes around with so much extension and curvature. Such a lovely dismount at 2:37 and a brilliant double closed Cross Knee Release at 1:59 .
@Poledancefan ooo i like that name double closed CKR. that move just started circling around, (haha no pun intended) i like that one cause that hold is still very popular and now there is something a little more advanced to do with it. Thanks for the kind words and appreciation!

This was awesome! How did you get into contortioning?

You ever do some of the more creepy contortion moves on Halloween at your haunt? Would be pretty cool for like a carnival theme.
