  • So this isn't in the Us version of the film I guess cause I never saw it until a few years ago with some other extra things at the end. I can understand why this was cut, because it kind of holds up the flow of the final act, and the animation doesn't look consistent with the rest of the movie, great song though of course.

  • what movie is this from?

  • @SuperKarol97 Jaws 2

One of the greatest songs the Beatles recorded . Amazing !

  • @METALLICA848 SOMETHINGS SERIUSLY RONG WITH YOU DUDE!!!

  • @METALLICA848 i'm gonna get the bulldogs on you

  • l.s.d one hell of a drug

  • 2:27 - Polite laugh...

    2:29 - HEY!

  • Disney is going to make a 3d remake of this. Terrible idea, this is a classic movie.

  • @McCartneyBeatlesFan Well, I've got several Disney Cartoon movies on Blu-Ray, and they look fine. It's the same basic process as putting a film on DVD, but Blu-Ray gives you higher resolution, and better sound.

  • THIS is my favorite song since i was 4 i always loved the beatles and the memorys of their songs will live on forever and the 4 people who disliked this have no soul or rhyme so thumbs this up for all to see and have the happiest of new years everybody!!!!

  • the 4 heads of the bulldog have disliked the video.

  • I didn't see this in the movie, I really wish I did though. One of my favourite songs!

  • I had the album... and the fun of the time... the cartoons were for newcomers - Thanks for posting such quality audio !!

  • I replayed this so many times as a kid on my VCR.

  • absolutely love this. when I was 6 I had an obsession with The Beatles and watched the film every day for 2 years, I'm 16 now and remember why I loved it so much

  • This movie was my introduction to The Beatles. I'm only 18.

  • @MattTheFlyDude ahaha i feel ya man, this was my intro to the beatles and im only 17

  • Yeah, this is on the British release, not the US release.

  • Four blue meanies disliked this.

  • One of my favorite movies

  • Why dont i remember this scene?

  • @bloodycartoongirl

In the movie, the clowns sort of serve as an alarm. Earlier on when ringo accidentally steps on a bagpipe there's a clown that shouts his alarm and spins his head in the same manner.

  • 4 People, can´t understand why this video ins´t the mos viewed, rated, fav, and always be in the youtube home page...

    ps: me too.

  • @noelthemexican its cause you watched the US version there were two versions the UK and the US the US dint have this scene but it was in the UK version don't know why they did it

  • Love that intro. Heavy!!!!

  • LOL at 0:36 when the dogs tripped over the clown and lands on a blue meanie....in a awkward position. Is that why his head was spinning? 0.o

  • if youre lonely you can talk to me....

  • I always thought they were saying "Hey blue dog"

  • my dad had this video when i was little and me and my sister would watch it, the blue meanies scared the hell out of me but i watched just cause of The Beatles songs :P ive still got that video :D

  • I had a VHS with this scene it's AMAIZING

  • Why are John's teeth always sticking out in this

  • Killer riff.

  • 3 people are blue meanies.

  • This.. this video. It gets me high..

  • my cables out, and i have the choice of watching yellow submarine for months,

or watching what ever someone gives me,

ive been watching beatles for 3 months now

  • that scene is such a brain fuck

  • @ellencalvo not

  • I'm SO glad that this scene is back in the movie. Cutting it out of the original release has to be one of the stupidest ideas ever. I mean, they're doing a Beatles cartoon, and the REAL Beatles actually write and record a great NEW song for it, and they say, um, no thanks guys.... IDIOTS!

But at least the scene is finally back where it belongs - now we just need this, along with A Hard day's night, and Help released on Blu-ray.

  • @Lovemylovething yyyyaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!

  • @Lovemylovething It's kind of hard to release a cartoon on Blu-ray....

  • The Real Paul Died In 1968.

  • @EmptyHighway1

FAKE! And, it was supposed to be in 1966. Think before you write.

  • @EmptyHighway1 that was a lie just to get popularty the real Paul is with us today

  • Big three headed dog...

    Quick!! Inside the piano everyone!!

  • @fs11klrk 4 headed dog

  • Love this, i go to uni near where John lived ohhhh i love itxx

  • Am I the only one who thinks the dogs in the video are cute?

  • The best band ever!! Love that song...

  • 2 people r not the bulldog

  • love the ending

  • go to yahoo.com

  • shit, paul got married!

  • when paul died they used this left over clone...

  • @Pikazilla Paul isnt dead yet

  • @Pikazilla paul is stilla alive. george and john are dead. :(

  • @TheDarthPineapple no shit sherlock!!!!

  • @kathrynleyden yeah, but Pikazilla said paul was dead

  • They are just TOO AWESOME. You think there should be a limit to how awesome 4 people can be. But I guess there isn't.

  • 2:12! lolz!

  • I don't remember this scene..

  • I have seen this movie, but never this scene. Why?

  • @noelthemexican its only in the eu version

  • Comment removed

  • @noelthemexican apparently there's an 'extended' version. mvhulk20 posted this version on youtube

  • @noelthemexican in later versions or editions of the movie, they cutted this part, that's why

  • @noelthemexican This scene was cut out of the film's original release in 1968, but was latter added in the 1999 VHS release & is also on the DVD.

  • @corvuscorox Just the american version, right?

  • @JacintoPlanta I'm pretty sure.

  • @noelthemexican it was originally online in the european version, but was added to the american dvd release.

  • @noelthemexican I'm assuming, judging by your username, that you must have got the American version of this film. They decided to cut it out for reasons beyond me, most likely some sort of subliminal message that they thought they picked up on and decided it was offensive. The UK version has this scene included, oddly enough.

  • @darkreaper547 Ah, Thank you.

  • @noelthemexican This scene was not in the original North American release of the movie. It wasn't until the movie was restored for DVD release that the clip was replaced to match the U.K. version of the film.

  • @noelthemexican This scene was omitted from the theatrical release. When the movie was re-released in DVD, the scene was restored into the film.

  • @noelthemexican in the origanal movie this scene was not in it this was added later thats why

  • its okay 4th bulldog the others are just jellous you get to sing along

  • dont insult the beatles or ill telepathically abuse you

  • @noelthemexican They made two versions of the movie. The first had 'Baby You're a Rich Man' on it and not 'Hey Bulldog'. The second didn't have 'Baby You're a Rich Man' and had 'Hey Bulldog'.

  • @noelthemexican Maybe you were too stoned too notice it :P

  • @noelthemexican there are two different ending. One for the Uk release and one for the USA release. I just hope you saw the clip for "It's all too much"

  • @hiimmisterdude I think....

  • 3 blue meanes

  • @deedge51

The reason why you didn't see it was because when the movie was given to America one of the people thought it made the movie too long so the american version this isn't a scene.

  • I've seen this movie so many times, that you could quiz me on it,and I grantee I'd get an A. :U

  • Is it me or does the opening piano thing sound like something from a spy movie?

  • iv been watching this movie since i was 4

  • Have seen Yellow Sub multiple times and this clip is not in the movie. Must have been edited out for some reason. Thoroughly enjoyed it, "Hey Bulldog" has always been

A favorite of mine, Beatles were (and still are)

    An awesome phenomena!

  • @deedge51 yes it is, ive just watched it :S

  • como no faltaba mas hey bulldog del yellow submarine

  • @abrahamnonnel eing?

  • Hence the hence

  • Funny: The Nowhere Man says Blue Meanies hate music, but looks like the Bulldogs appreciate the song!

  • I love this song. The lyrics, besides the very end of the song, and the chorus, are probably the very meanest, and evil-est of any song written for any of The Beatles' films.

  • This is easily my favorite movie of all time. The first time I watched it all i thought was"OMG WTF. Awesome" That was my same reaction the next four times I watched it.

  • makes me wonder, how did the beatles change cloathing in a snap after this scene?

  • 2 blue meanies still remain in Pepperland.

  • @edw798 well, actually, yes, the chief and his right hand man were the only meanies left at the end of the movie this clip is from.

  • @edw798 make that 3, mmkay?

  • the song is addictive, it is drugs for the ears

  • me my bro and my sis has been watching this forever

  • All though most of the songs seem like the Beatles were surely drunk, they are awesome. also, at 0:20 to 0:30, listen for static rape

  • how much drugs did they take the vidieo is aswome but its so 70s

  • @mrbucky2u 60's. The movie was released in the 60's.

  • Now this is in stereo, and normal speed too! :-)

  • It's funny... At about 3:04, John is the one yelling "Quiet!", but in the actual song, it's George who's shouting that. John is the one doing that crazy laughing. XD

Excellent song and awesome clip! Thanks for loading it!

  • I LOVE THIS SONG! I never have not loved the beatles :)

  • i saw in an interview on the yellow submarine album and PAul said that this was his favorite song on it. I agree with him 100% :)

  • When i was little, this was my JAM !!!!

    It still is LOL !!!!!

  • i was attacked by a bulldog earlier today. my head did not turn around like the guy on the video. i am okay. i am currently sending beer south and studying my enemy. this video helps.

  • LOL Mustache John screams "Quiet!"

  • Fucking crazy!

  • Anyone else noticed the leader of The Blue Meanies looks like a stoned Mickey Mouse with those ears?

  • why am i the only one who can't remember this part from the movie?

  • @lordino4 Easy answer to that. This portion was originally edited out of the North American release of the movie. It was only restored with the DVD release. It's not like the old saying "If you remember the 1960s you weren't there" - there's a legit reason this time ^_~

  • the beatles forever

  • They've all smoked too many Blue Meanies.

  • how are they all in there.?

  • So Supercool.

  • i'm trying to find this movie on dvd(with this song in it). anybody know where i can find it?

  • i'm trying to find this movie on dvd. anybody know where i can find it?

  • this song is in thevamerican version, but not the british version. an the beatles didnt make this movie, but they contributed songs and they liked it so much that at the end they made a guest appearence thing.

  • this song made my trip so wonderful

  • Am i the only one who thinks the 4 headed blue bulldog is somewhat cute??

  • @U2rocker97 nope.

  • @bowserhunter1 haha yay! :D

  • Big man, Walking in the park. Big Wah! Frightened of the dark?

The big man is always afraid of the dark.

  • ♫ You think you know me, but you haven't got a clue. ♫

  • Download the audio from this video at tubepull doht cohm.

  • I have no idea why this selection was cut from the original release of Yellow Submarine. It's really great, and it's only 3:19 long.

  • @ftsjr It was cut because they felt the movie was too long. And by they I mean the movie producer.

  • The "pepperland" version of the beatles is the 64 beatles "frozen in time"

  • Just throwing this out there but do does anyone else think the two johns in this clip represent how he double trakced the vocals on this song?

  • @brickmaster24 There's two of every Beatle in this clip mate and throughout the entire film, not just this track. They each have a SGT. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band equivalent in Pepperland.

  • @Waxthumper he has a point just one is the alter ego

  • @brickmaster24 Actually, there isn't two of every Beatle.

There is the four Beatles, and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band.

  • @brickmaster24 brick.. I am pretty sure John is not double tracking his voice on this song. It's pretty clear from the Hey Bulldog studio video that he is singing the vocal with Paul for the verses on one mike. The rest is really ADT (artificial double tracking) which is a processing of resending the signal but only slightly slower. This is recorded in Feb 1968 and they pretty much stopped singing the vocals twice by this time. humble opinion of course.

  • @pkgannon Hmmm interesting, I just read somewhere that the vocals were double tracked

  • @brickmaster24 dude the other voice is paul.

  • @xsbsp ok guys I made that comment almost a year ago i get the picture

  • I've never seen this scene before. I have to find the extended cut of this movie :D

  • were do they come up with the people they dont even look like people

  • @BKtoday132 They are blue meanies. Don't ask me what they are i'm pretty sure every one except the Beatles don't know.

  • This movie is freaky yet awesome
