  • Amazing courage on the part of people so controlled under gunpoint! One might question the wisdom of act. But this can only be positive self-sacrifice. It is totally non-violent and such "pride walks" are necessary to boost courage and humanism in the general population. If the Chinese kill them, which they most likely will, they have killed their own humanism in the process! The moral burden is theirs not of the Tibetans who only shine light on the suffering of their people.
