If we are breathing, we have Vitarka. The problem is that we were told we don't have it and we believed it was fact. Now we are trying to logically get back that which we illogically already possess. No wonder some people find it difficult to grasp. They already have it! All they have to do is know that they can know what they already know without having to go through a process to teach them what they already know!
